What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Most Plaza J sellers offer customers great value and service and may provide free shipping from using ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS or UPS.


Sellers are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Max delivery time – 45 business days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Do You Ship Internationally?


We are proud most Plaza J sellers offer international shipping services. Always verify from the seller. However, there are some locations that have restrictions. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders generally take 1-2 business days for processing and a guaranteed period for delivery (45 days). Please check the seller's estimated delivery time.



What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payment methods include PayPal and Stripe Payment.

Both PayPal and Stripe are safer, easier ways to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal or Stripe as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make a payment.

Both PayPal and Stripe can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
You can use PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:

How do I place an Order?

How do I place an order on Plazaj.com?

Placing an order on Plazaj.com is simple. Just follow these steps:

Sign In / Register in the upper right-hand corner of Plazaj.com. If you're a returning Plazaj.com member, please enter your email address and password. If you're a new Plazaj.com, select "Sign up now," then enter your email address and your choice of password. You're now ready to start shopping!

Once you're signed up, you can begin shopping! Search for merchandise by selecting a product category on the left-hand side of the page, or by using the search box with the name of an item or its item number.

When you find an item you'd like to purchase, choose your quantity and select "Add to Cart." You'll then receive a notification confirming that the item has been added to your cart. You can select "Continue Shopping," or, if you're done shopping and ready to checkout, select "View Cart."

When you're done shopping and ready to checkout, select "Cart" at the top right corner of the page, then select "Checkout."

Enter your shipping and payment information, then select "Continue to Review Order."

Carefully review your order then select "Place Your Order."

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if tracking is available) and instructions on how to track the shipment of your order online.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Sellers work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all the seller's product information prior to submitting your order.

If your order is in a pending status, you may be able to make modifications, shipping changes. or cancel your order. Please email the seller immediately if you require a change.

Once an order has been processed, you are unable to change the contents of your order. However, shipping changes may still be made prior to shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Customer accounts are required to place an order on Plazaj.com. Customer accounts are useful as they allow you to review your order history and the status of your current orders, including tracking information. 

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package. How Can I Return a Product?

Plazaj is an online shopping plaza that connects buyers and sellers from all over the world to transact directly. Plazaj does not produce, house, or ship any inventory; instead, each seller lists their items for sale, and buyers purchase goods straight from the seller.
